Whether you&#39;re new to manufacturing or looking to build on existing skills, this role offers a chance to be part of something meaningful while working alongside a group of people who care about what they do&mdash;and about each other.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Scroll down to check out the job responsibilities and see if you might be a great fit!</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>JOB RESPONSABILITIES:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Follow all PPE and safety rules and regulations as set by Watson including affected lock out tag out procedures &nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Use common hand and power tools for manufacturing activities including but not limited to cutting, grinding, drilling, cleaning, measuring, inspecting, assembling, etc</li>\r\n\t<li>Meet or exceed productivity expectations as assigned by production leadership &nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Examine products to verify compliance to quality standards</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicate with other employees and management to avoid any mistakes and/or to address recommendations for improvement</li>\r\n\t<li>Follow safety requirements and maintaining a clean and organized work area</li>\r\n\t<li>All other responsibilities within reason as assigned by production leadership</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>JOB KNOWLEDGE:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required</li>\r\n\t<li>How to work in a required sequence to ensure alignment of the production schedule</li>\r\n\t<li>How to use basic power and hand tools</li>\r\n\t<li>A willingness to learn the Watson Production System</li>\r\n\t<li>All other procedures and policies as assigned by production leadership</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Someone who operates with a high degree of kindness, humility, and respect for others.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Someone who takes pride in their work</li>\r\n\t<li>Is punctual and ready to work at their station at the assigned time</li>\r\n\t<li>Flexible to a changing and ever evolving production environment</li>\r\n\t<li>Has a good attitude</li>\r\n\t<li>Someone who holds themselves and others to high safety standards</li>\r\n\t<li>Someone who can routinely lift up to 50lbs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Someone who supports and engages with all continuous improvement (WPS) activities including problem solving and visual management</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><u>Essential Attributes of Watson Employees</u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Insane curiosity</li>\r\n\t<li>Excited and enthusiastic about your work</li>\r\n\t<li>Embrace and exhibit our values</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
