Consider joining our team and working with peers who have vast industry knowledge and experience solving complex problems. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Step into Your New Role</strong></p>\n<p>Kleinfelder is seeking a <strong>West Pennsylvania Transportation Right-of-Way Project Manager</strong>, you will serve as a project leader and provide various Right-of-Way (ROW) assignments such as real estate acquisition, relocation advisory assistance and property management expertise to the practice group. <strong>This position is available in our Pittsburgh, PA office with an opportunity to work on a hybrid schedule.</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct complex negotiations with landowners.</li>\n <li>Read and interpret property appraisals, title reports, plans and legal descriptions.</li>\n <li>Prepare real property comparative sales analysis.</li>\n <li>Evaluate relocation benefit payment eligibilities.</li>\n <li>Complete property management tasks and work with clients to clear ROW.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED (college education preferred).</li>\n <li>A minimum of 7 years of relevant Transportation ROW experience within the state of Pennsylvania.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of real estate practices and principles.</li>\n <li>Experience working with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 for Federally Assisted Programs as amended (Uniform Act).</li>\n <li>Computer literacy with knowledge of using MS Office products.</li>\n <li>Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Possession of current notary seal or ability to obtain one.</li>\n <li>Licensed Real Estate Broker or Salesperson desired.</li>\n <li>Candidates who have civil engineering education and/or experience are encouraged to apply.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Following an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Move Forward with Kleinfelder:</strong> Kleinfelder and its’ subsidiaries and affiliates, has been connecting great people to the best work since 1961.
