Analyst-Philanthropy Intermediate, Leadership Annual Giving

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Philanthropy team in the role of Analyst-Philanthropy Intermediate, Leadership Annual Giving .
The Analyst – Philanthropy Intermediate, Leadership Annual Giving demonstrates a strong passion and commitment to advancing health and well ‑ being while inspiring generosity across the state of Indiana. This system ‑ wide role supports Leadership Annual Giving, focusing on cultivating and stewarding annual donors through meaningful, mission ‑ driven engagement.
This position manages and advances a sustainable fund development program aligned with IU Health system priorities. Responsibilities include supporting and executing broad and segmented solicitation strategies such as employee and leadership annual giving campaigns, direct mail, written appeals, personal solicitations, donor visits, and engagement activities.
A core component of the role is data analytics and reporting, including pulling spreadsheets, generating reports, segmenting donor lists, and supporting solicitation strategy through data ‑ driven insights. The analyst will draft initial versions of written solicitation materials and ensure fundraising collateral is strategic, scalable, and aligned with organizational messaging. Accurate recording, reporting, and management of donor information within fundraising systems is essential.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Working knowledge of fundraising software
• i.e. Raiser's Edge.
• Proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
