    "description": "<p><br></p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting Registered Manager &amp; Business Development Leads in the following locations:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bournemouth / Poole / Christchurch (BCP)</li>\n<li>Bromley / South East London</li>\n<li>Belfast / Northern Ireland</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is not a traditional Registered Manager role. It starts as pure business development — using your existing relationships with commissioners, discharge teams, and case managers to build a caseload of complex care packages in your region. As packages are won the role evolves into full Registered Manager responsibilities, with complete back-office and clinical governance support from our central team behind you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Two days per week to start, growing directly in line with what you deliver.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To be considered you must hold one of the following:</p>\n<p>— Current NMC registration (RGN), or</p>\n<p>— Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (held, not in progress)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you know the local health and social care commissioning landscape in any of these regions — the ICB leads, the CHC teams, the discharge planners, the HSC Trusts in Northern Ireland — we want to hear from you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To apply, send your CV and a short note to <a href=\"mailto:[email protected]\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[email protected]</a> covering:</p>\n<p>— Which region you are based in</p>\n<p>— The key relationships you hold locally</p>\n<p>— What you believe you could deliver in the first 90 days</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If this is not right for you personally, please do forward it to anyone in your network who may be interested.
