This position operates within a matrix structure, reporting functionally to the Corporate CTO Office and operationally to the USA Division CEO. The role requires strong coordination with Corporate IT teams, as most infrastructure services are centrally provided.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<p>· Ensure stability, reliability, and performance of IT services (infrastructure and applications).</p>\n<p>· Act as primary liaison between the USA Division and Corporate IT teams.</p>\n<p>· Oversee infrastructure services including networks, cybersecurity, risk management, telecommunications, and data centers.</p>\n<p>· Manage support and availability of mission-critical applications in production.</p>\n<p>· Participate and contribute to new IT and digital initiatives.</p>\n<p>· Own and manage IT budget for the division in coordination with Corporate IT.</p>\n<p>· Manage vendor relationships and service contracts in alignment with corporate standards.</p>\n<p>· Develop and enhance capabilities of the local IT team.</p>\n<p>· Ensure delivery against agreed SLAs for infrastructure and application services.</p>\n<p>· Provide regular updates and strategic insights on IT performance to the USA Division CEO and the CTO Office.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Governance & Coordination</p>\n<p>Maintain alignment with Corporate IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks. Ensure compliance in cybersecurity, risk management, and operational processes.
