The METRC Specialist is responsible for maintaining ....  This position reports to the Cultivation Manager.<br><br><b><i><u>Responsibilities & Duties</u>:</i></b><ul><li>Log all data entries into METRC accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Ensure the proper development of batches, tags, and labels.</li><li>Perform repetitive data entry tasks related to strain analysis and/or crop registration.</li><li>Maintain inventory of plant tags and notify the MOD when necessary.</li><li>Train and educate team members across departments (primarily Cultivation) on SOPs related to METRC compliance.</li></ul><b><u>Qualifications</u>:</b><ul><li>Excellent attention to numerical detail – batch numbers, tag numbers etc.</li><li>Familiarity with METRC Software from start to finish (batch creation to harvest)</li><li>Ability to delegate tasks to team members and ensure proper execution.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially excel.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><u><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></u><ul><li>Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time (i.e., destemming, trimming, packaging, both sitting & standing) </li><li>Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions (bright lights, mechanical operations that require ear protection, hazardous environments requiring respirator usage etc.) </li><li>Physical requirements include standing, bending and lifting up to 30+ pounds, climbing and working above shoulder height for extended periods, reaching while standing, sliding under machinery on creepers to perform maintenance, and pushing carts and wheelbarrows.</li><li>Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays</li></ul><u><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></u>:<ul><li>$18.00+ per hour, commensurate with experience.</li><li>Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, with individual employee premiums covered by the company at 100%.</li><li>401k with matching.</li><li>12 days of paid time off.</li><li>9 paid holidays and an additional 3 floating holidays.</li><li>Paid parental leave.</li><li>Generous employee discount.</li></ul><br><br> ",
