Must possess good mechanical knowledge and skills to maintain high-speed engines and compressor, slow-speed reciprocating compressor engines and turbine driven natural gas related equipment. Operating experience with this compressor equipment is a plus. Must work effectively in a managed teamwork environment that includes shared responsibilities, relationships with team members, landowners, contractors and customers; willing to support team and company objectives; and willing to work in any and all areas of operations as requested to maintain team assets. Must be highly motivated and possess a “Build to Last” vision. Must be able to identify work priorities, meet deadlines and function with little or no supervision. Must be able to achieve skills needed by the team. Must have good oral and written communication skills. Good working knowledge of computers is essential. Must possess effective clerical skills for administrative duties. Must possess a valid driver's license; commercial license preferred and possibly required in the future.
