This position will work with a team of developers, architects, and data scientists to build new and enhance current capabilities, bringing innovative ideas to challenging and complex problems. This is an onsite position in McLean, VA.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>General:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The Software Developer will be responsible for full stack software design and development.</li>\n <li>This individual should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills, experienced in Agile frameworks and modern coding languages. </li>\n <li>Duties include meeting with clients to determine their software needs, coding, and testing software to ensure functionality, and updating software programs to refine components such as cybersecurity measures. </li>\n <li>Analyze and translate to both user stories and development tasks.</li>\n <li>Migrate code from the low to high-side environment for integration into the existing DevOps pipeline.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Specific responsibilities may include: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications </li>\n <li>Perform peer code reviews</li>\n <li>Integrate software components and third-party programs </li>\n <li>Verify and deploy programs and systems </li>\n <li>Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software </li>\n <li>Gather and evaluate user feedback </li>\n <li>Recommend and execute improvements </li>\n <li>Create technical documentation for reference and reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of full stack software development within the IC</li>\n <li>10+ years total software development experience </li>\n <li>Experience with pipeline orchestration and DevSecOps practices within the IC</li>\n <li>Experience with UI/UX design</li>\n <li>Experience building web interfaces using Vue.js, React.js, and/or Angular</li>\n <li>Proficiency using Python, developing and evaluating algorithms and methods</li>\n <li>Experience with backend development, relational and nonrelational database design and development</li>\n <li>Experience developing in a lean Agile environment</li>\n <li>Experience using Jira to manage product backlog</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with Cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience developing, deploying and maintaining APIs on AWS infrastructure </li>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and </li>\n <li><strong><u>Active TS/SCI with polygraph required</u></strong><u></u></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BS Degree or degree in computer science or systems engineering preferred. </li>\n <li>Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Security+ or other professional certification(s) </li>\n <li>Experience with Ruby on Rails</li>\n <li>Experience using Object Relational Mapper (ORM) such as the Entity Framework / LINQ to SQL</li>\n <li>Experience with Distributed Source Control tools such as Git</li>\n <li>Experience working in a consultant/client environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance.
