Must have a current driver's license.</li><li>Two years’ experience as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse in a clinical care setting. Home health experience highly preferred.</li><li>HCHB experience highly preferred</li><li>Proficiency in nursing skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice.
