We are passionate about working alongside our client’s and partners to maintain the utility services essential to modern life throughout the UK.</p>\n<p>About the Role:</p>\n<p>We are actively looking for 1 part time out of hours scheduler to work on our United Utilities contract.</p>\n<p>A 5 week rota is provided and due to business needs, you may need to work during the week, on a Bank Holiday or longer hours during the weekend.</p>\n<p>It is essential to be flexible before applying.</p>\n<p>Location: United Utilities building, Haweswater House, Lingley Mere, Great Sankey, Warrington.</p>\n<p>Hours: 16-24 hours per week</p>\n<p>Salary: £12.97 per hour</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities – but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contacting customers via telephone and email, providing them with information</li>\n<li>Providing customers and colleagues with accurate information</li>\n<li>Navigating our in-house software, updating internal systems.</li>\n<li>Handing over of works to other departments, in an efficient manner.</li>\n<li>Deal with customer complaints, resolving in a timely manner.</li>\n<li>Liaising with internal departments, and our field-based teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Experience and qualifications required for the role:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent listening and communication skills</li>\n<li>Excellent customer service</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, and work to deadlines</li>\n<li>Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face to face)</li>\n<li>Positive, can-do attitude – team player</li>\n<li>Competent in IT, accurate data entry and good keyboard skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What you will get in return:</p>\n<p>In joining Sapphire Utility Solutions as part of the Lanes Group - the UK’s largest independent provider, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being, growth, and safety of our employees.
