If you are committed to building excellent client relationships, providing consistent superior-quality work, and taking initiative to understand your clients’ needs, we would like to meet you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>LTC offers a dynamic team setting and generous benefits (including 401K, PTO, and Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION: </span>Program Analyst – CD&amp;I Support</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LOCATION:</span> Quantico, VA (On-Site Work)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">STATUS:</span> Full time – Contingent Hire     </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> 5+years of related experience with Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) and Combat Development and Integration (CD&amp;I)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must Haves:</span> Extensive experience with support to Marine Corps CD&amp;I activities, including requirements development, capability gap analysis, DOTMLPF‑P (doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities &amp; policy) documentation, and coordination with operating forces to inform future infantry weapons and optics modernization</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Citizenship and Clearance: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">US Citizen with ability to obtain Active Secret Clearance</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel:</span> Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span> Relevant DoD CD&amp;I experience; Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong documentation and technical reporting skills, Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Familiarity: USMC</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tools Familiarity:</span> DoD 5000 Manual, DoD/IC Acquisition Process, DAU courses</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PRIMARY DUTIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) and Combat Development and Integration (CD&amp;I)</li>\n<li>Support Marine Corps CD&amp;I activities, including requirements development, capability gap analysis, DOTMLPF‑P (doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, and facilities &amp; policy) documentation, and coordination with operating forces to inform future infantry weapons and optics modernization</li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses</li>\n<li>Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders</li>\n<li>Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>LTC Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
