Job Summary Job Summary: The Learning & Development Specialist in partnership with the Senior Director, Talent and Learning and Development and business partners will support the Learning and Organizational Development of all Essen team members (clinical and non-clinical) and be responsible for assessing the need, designing, developing, implementing, facilitating and evaluating diverse learning programs. Responsibilities Assess: Learning needs, design, develop, implement, facilitate and evaluate inclusive trainings and organizational development materials—such as participant guides, manuals, workbooks, presentations, surveys, assessments, videos, hybrid, live in-person and webinar demonstrations—which accommodate diverse learning needs and styles. -Evaluate and Enhance: Analyze the effectiveness of learning initiatives using data-driven metrics and adjust programs to optimize outcomes. -Collaborate: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders at Essen to identify key areas for development with targeted training programs that support our company's strategic goals. -Demonstrate: Investigate and learn new applications and technologies to develop training programs that leads to educational growth of Essen employees. -Organize and maintain training logistics, locations, and equipment. -Work with Management to help track weekly compliance and maintain logs, records, and results of training. -Promote positive company culture: Building friendly working relationships amongst staff, welcoming New Joiners, and assisting in coordinating and participating in team-building activities.
