The store will be packed with all our Guests’ favorite concepts that we can’t wait to share with this community! </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>1. Ensures all guests receive polite, friendly greetings and interactions from the seafood department staff. Creates a selling environment through the use of selling skills.</p>\n<p>2. Maintains desired level of inventory and supplies for the seafood departments. Ensures in stock conditions through proper ordering.</p>\n<p>3. Operates the department according to merchandising and operational programs and guidelines.</p>\n<p>4. Maintains high quality and freshness with products available for sale. Ensures all products are in date.</p>\n<p>5. Maintains safety and sanitation standards in all areas that come in contact with seafood and in the prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.</p>\n<p>6. Provides guidance, orientation, training, and feedback to the seafood department staff to ensure meat/seafood service clerks achieve satisfactory performance standards and guest interaction.</p>\n<p>7. Performs product preparation, receiving, stocking, and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.</p>\n<p>8. Communicates guest requests/concerns to management.</p>\n<p>9. Makes PA announcements for sale and promotional items in the meat/seafood department?</p>\n<p>10. Performs all other duties as assigned by management.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>1. Should possess good interpersonal skills, effective selling skills, and have an outgoing personality.</p>\n<p>2. Ability to work well with others. Ability to sell and interact with guests.</p>\n<p>3. Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. constantly.</p>\n<p>4. Ability to read and understand information and directions.</p>\n<p>5. Knowledge of meat/seafood products and operations.</p>\n<p>6. Ability to supervise people including training and development.</p>\n<p>7. Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.</p>\n<p>8. Must be at least 18 years old.</p>\n<p>9. Must be able to work in a cold environment.</p>\n<p>10. Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#boost</p>",
