If this sounds interesting we have a position for you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Available Shifts</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>1st Shift:</strong> Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM Overtime (as needed): Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM (8 hours)</p>\n<p><strong>2nd Shift:</strong> Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM Overtime (as needed): Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (8 hours)</p>\n<p><strong>3rd Shift:</strong> Monday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM Overtime (as needed): Friday, 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM (8 hours)</p>\n<p><strong>Weekend Days:</strong> Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime (as needed): Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM (8 hours)</p>\n<p><strong>Weekend Nights:</strong> Friday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM Overtime (as needed): Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (8 hours)</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Purpose:</strong></p>\n<p>The Team Lead is an integral part of the production team, responsible for supporting and guiding a group of 8-12 team members under the supervision of a Group Leader (Supervisor). The focus is on developing team capabilities and maintaining a high standard of work through effective leadership and continuous improvement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p><em>Primary duties:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assimilate and train new team members within their area, serving as the point of contact for new additions.</li>\n <li>Lead daily pre-shift meetings to update the team on safety, quality, HR, and production goals.</li>\n <li>Ensure all team members are following safety procedures and obtain proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for them when necessary.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team members to generate and support ideas for continuous improvement, and maintain a mindset of continuous improvement in all activities.</li>\n <li>Escalate any production issues or systemic problems to the Group Leader.</li>\n <li>Maintain communication from shift to shift with other Team Leads and Leaders.</li>\n <li>Update and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics for the area/zone.</li>\n <li>Create, maintain, and audit Team Member Standard Work.</li>\n <li>Be responsible for completing Hour by Hour Boards, 5S Audits, Dupont Stop Observations, and work stacks.</li>\n <li>Ability to navigate conflict and reach resolution through coaching and support from the Group and Area Leaders.</li>\n <li>Utilize SAP to aid in the manufacturing process.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Need To Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience leading others in a work or volunteer capacity.</li>\n <li>Understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.<strong> </strong></li>\n <li>Must possess a genuine people-centric mentality and a heart for servant leadership.</li>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving and troubleshooting ability.</li>\n <li>Proven leadership capabilities.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team Leads are required to: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending</li>\n <li>Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits as an Alliance employee include</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stable and growing work environment!</li>\n <li>Employee Referral Bonus</li>\n <li>Paid vacation in your first year</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Annual and Quarterly Perfect Attendance Awards</li>\n <li>Safety Recognition Program</li>\n <li>Medical Plan with company paid Health Reimbursement Account</li>\n <li>Dental and Vision Plans</li>\n <li>401k Plan</li>\n <li>11 Company Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Company paid Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance with option to purchase additional</li>\n <li>Company paid Long Term Disability (LTD)</li>\n <li>Annual wage increases </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO</h2>Alliance Laundry Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities and persons of all Sexual Orientations and Gender Identities.\n<h2>ID</h2>2026-11776\n<h2>Pos.
