We value clean architecture, modern technologies, and strong engineering practices.<br><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mid/Senior Rust Developer</span> to join our team and contribute to the design and development of reliable, efficient, and secure software using Rust.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain software components and applications written in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Rust</span>.</li>\n<li>Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design across varied project types (backend services, embedded systems, internal tooling, real‑time applications, and more).</li>\n<li>Write clean, safe, and efficient Rust code, following best practices around ownership, memory safety, and concurrency.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including software engineers, architects, DevOps, and QA.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system performance.</li>\n<li>Implement automated tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.</li>\n<li>Document components, APIs, and internal tooling to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.</li>\n<li>Stay up to date with Rust ecosystem improvements and proactively introduce best practices.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3+ years of software development experience</span>, with at least <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1 year of hands‑on experience with Rust</span>.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Rust fundamentals (ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, async/await).</li>\n<li>Experience building applications that require performance, safety, or reliability.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Linux environments and comfort working with CLI tools and debugging utilities.</li>\n<li>Experience with one or more of the following:\n<ul>\n<li>embedded systems or low‑level programming</li>\n<li>backend services or distributed systems</li>\n<li>command‑line tools or internal developer tooling</li>\n<li>applications with real‑time constraints</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Knowledge of C/C++ or other system‑level languages is an advantage.</li>\n<li>Understanding of networking concepts, IPC, or communication protocols is a plus.</li>\n<li>Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.</li>\n<li>Good communication skills in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">English</span>.</li>\n</ul>",
