    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Cavendish Farms is seeking a skilled and dependable <strong>Farm Mechanic</strong> to support our farming operations by maintaining and repairing a wide range of agricultural and fleet equipment. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient farm operations throughout the growing and harvesting seasons.</p><p>It is a <strong>seasonal hourly role to support our full time mechanic</strong>.
