    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This <em>weekend-only</em> maintenance position requires</span><span> </span>a<span> </span></span><span>self-motivated individual able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player. This position requires an individual experienced in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and dry wall.  Must have own hand tools, be able to stand for more than 8 hours, climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs.
