This position performs routine cleaning, facility inspections, minor repairs, landscaping,<br />\r\nand enforcement duties while providing a positive experience for customers and visitors.<br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong>&nbsp;Tuesday &ndash; Saturday, 3:00 PM &ndash; 11:30 PM<br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong><br />\r\n&bull; Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping of parking garages, surface lots, stairwells, elevators, walkways, and common areas.<br />\r\n&bull; Empty trash receptacles, remove litter and debris, replenish restroom supplies, and maintain<br />\r\nfacility cleanliness using approved cleaning products and equipment.<br />\r\n&bull; Conduct regular inspections of parking facilities, identifying and addressing cleanliness,<br />\r\nmaintenance, and safety concerns.<br />\r\n&bull; Perform snow and ice removal, including shoveling, scraping, and applying de-icing materials to<br />\r\nmaintain safe conditions.<br />\r\n&bull; Assist with landscaping and other seasonal maintenance projects.<br />\r\n&bull; Respond promptly to radio calls, customer concerns, elevator issues, and operational requests.<br />\r\n&bull; Conduct parking enforcement activities during evening hours, including monitoring parking<br />\r\nfacilities, enforcing parking regulations, issuing citations when necessary, and assisting customers<br />\r\nwith parking-related questions.<br />\r\n&bull; Perform parking facility counts, complete assigned reports, and maintain accurate records.</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
