Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical material clearly to both technical and executive audiences. Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking KPIs related to demo utilization, SE efficiency, and buyer experience outcomes. Experience working across product, engineering, and marketing organizations, with a track record of building productive cross-functional relationships. Knowledge of SaaS architecture, integration models, and enterprise buying cycles, with specific experience in sales or marketing technology considered a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Partner closely with SE leadership to align the GPS roadmap with go-to-market priorities and the SE team's most pressing needs. Serve as a visible advocate for the GPS function across the organization, communicating progress, impact, and investment needs to senior stakeholders. Demo Environment Strategy and Ownership Own the strategy, architecture, and maintenance of Seismic's demo environments, ensuring they accurately and compellingly represent the platform across all target verticals and buyer personas.
