    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\nDirects the daily operations of Security Department of designated entity/location. Daily operations include supervising departmental employees, maintaining policies and procedures, and ensuring security needs of the designated entity/location.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul><li>Responsible for the operation and security of parking facilities</li><li>Responsible for the investigation and resolution of security reports and criminal activity</li><li>Responsible for the management of patient valuables, firearms, and lost and found items.</li><li>Assist in budget management</li><li>Conducts other assigned duties in emergency/unexpected situations as directed by Hospital Administration or direct leader</li><li>Support Security Lieutenants and support staff in managing staffing/scheduling</li><li>Support Security Lieutenants and support staff in managing payroll</li><li>Assist with required security training to include on-boarding, annual mandatory training and competency validation, and other required training.</li><li>Support Hospital and Security leadership in managing the hospital’s workplace violence program. </li></ul><p><strong>Specifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p>\n<ul><li>3 years of security and/or law enforcement equivalent experience</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred/Desired</u></strong></p>\n<ul><li>5 years of security and/or law enforcement equivalent experience.
