They are responsible for providing consistent, thorough information to all guests, ensuring accurate data is input and maintained within the Player Tracking System, promoting property amenities and promotions, and encouraging repeat business by providing outstanding service. Players Club Representatives must answer all questions about the property in a positive and complimentary manner.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Adhere to the Miccosukee Service Expectations and ensure team compliance</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Maintains a working knowledge of the Company&rsquo;s property, as well as special events on and near property, in order to advise guests of same, whenever possible.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Responds to guests&rsquo; requests, complaints or inquiries courteously and promptly.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Possess a working knowledge of area, packages, special features, hours of operation and all outlets of the casino.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Assist Marketing Department during outside promotional events such as festivals, trade shows and conventions.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Provide information to guests about the Miccosukee One program, promotions, food operations and events for multiple properties.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Must be able to accept and respond to constructive criticism for the betterment of the company and company expectations.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
