This role will work closely with mechanical engineering, production, and project teams to develop reliable machine control solutions.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;The position is open to entry-level candidates with strong technical foundations as well as intermediate engineers with hands-on automation experience.</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Design and develop PLC-based control systems for conveying and material handling equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and drive systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Electrical panel design, component selection, and control architecture</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Configure and integrate industrial communication networks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support machine testing, commissioning, and system validation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with engineering teams to develop and improve automation solutions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create and maintain electrical schematics, control drawings, and technical documentation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with system troubleshooting and root cause analysis during machine development</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support standardization and continuous improvement of control system designs</li></ul></div><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Required Qualifications</span></h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience in industrial automation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic understanding of PLC programming and industrial controls</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work in a team-based engineering environment</li></ul></div><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Preferred Qualifications</span></h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Allen‑Bradley / Rockwell Automation PLC platforms (CompactLogix, ControlLogix, Micro800)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience programming and troubleshooting Rockwell PLC platforms</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
