Apply today and start your thrilling career at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as the Rides Manager on Duty, making operational decisions and ensuring smooth operations across all rides. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure team compliance with safety standards and Six Flags policies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operation of ride shut down. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise, develop, and evaluate the leadership team and team members, holding them accountable for attendance, performance, cleanliness, and meeting departmental goals. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to and enforce operating expense budgets to ensure we are aligned with company guidelines.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Establishing a culture of feedback, learning, and adaptation to continuously improve efficiency and meet evolving throughput goals.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prioritize Guests needs to deliver an outstanding experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support team members to ensure efficient and safe operation of rides. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with the training team to ensure team members and leadership are properly certified and prepared for success. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with supervisors, team members, and department heads to advance departmental initiatives. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with the scheduling team to maintain adequate staffing levels for daily operations and special events. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Uphold park standards for safety, friendliness, cleanliness, and efficiency. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Comply with all other duties assigned to support the Operations Division and the Park’s operation. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a valid Driver’s License. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule and varied shifts including holidays and weekends. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft office. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess the ability to work independently and manage high level tasks and projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Commitment to a total safety, having a strong safety-first mentality.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred a minimum of 3 years theme park experience, including at least 1 year in leadership. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred current iROC Trainer or Instructor Certification.</li>\n</ul>",
