This role oversees product replenishment, supports inventory control, and drives efficient execution to ensure the store is ready for customers at all times.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <strong>Stocking &amp; Merchandising</strong>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lead all stocking activities including unloading, breaking down, and stocking deliveries</li>\n  <li>Ensure shelves are consistently full, faced, and organized according to company standards</li>\n  <li>Execute planograms, resets, and promotional displays accurately</li>\n  <li>Maintain clean and properly organized aisles, displays, and backroom areas</li>\n </ul><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Management</strong>\n <ul>\n  <li>Supervise, train, and coach stockers to meet productivity and quality expectations</li>\n  <li>Assign daily tasks and monitor completion to ensure workload is finished on time</li>\n  <li>Promote a team-focused environment centered on accountability and efficiency</li>\n  <li>Act as a key contact for store leadership regarding stocking operations</li>\n </ul><strong>Inventory &amp; Backroom Organization</strong>\n <ul>\n  <li>Ensure accurate product rotation and proper placement of inventory (FIFO)</li>\n  <li>Maintain an organized backroom for efficient product flow and accessibility</li>\n  <li>Identify out-of-stocks, overstocks, and potential shrink issues</li>\n  <li>Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation processes</li>\n </ul><strong>Operational Efficiency</strong>\n <ul>\n  <li>Monitor productivity and adjust workflow or staffing to meet goals</li>\n  <li>Ensure all deliveries are processed quickly and accurately</li>\n  <li>Support continuous improvement in stocking procedures and efficiency</li>\n </ul><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance</strong>\n <ul>\n  <li>Enforce all safety policies, including proper equipment use (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)</li>\n  <li>Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment</li>\n  <li>Follow all company policies and operational procedures</li>\n </ul><strong>Qualifications</strong>\n <ul>\n  <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n  <li>Previous stocking or grocery experience required</li>\n  <li>Leadership or supervisory experience preferred</li>\n  <li>Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills</li>\n  <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment</li>\n </ul><strong>Physical Requirements</strong>\n <ul>\n  <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs</li>\n  <li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching</li>\n  <li>Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods</li>\n </ul><strong>Work Environment</strong>\n <ul>\n  <li>Fast-paced retail setting</li>\n  <li>May include early mornings, evenings, or overnight shifts</li>\n  <li>Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays</li>\n </ul><strong>Success Factors</strong>\n <ul>\n  <li>Strong leadership and accountability</li>\n  <li>High level of organization and attention to detail</li>\n  <li>Ability to meet deadlines and drive productivity</li>\n  <li>Commitment to store presentation and operational excellence</li>\n </ul>\n</div>",
