Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities for this Position</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong>We're looking for a skilled Project/Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams, negotiate effectively, and manage project goals with strong communication and technical skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch products.</li>\n <li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with departments to ensure project success and timely completion.</li>\n <li>Identify and mitigate risks, while seizing opportunities.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in using DTUPC/DTC tools and methodologies.</li>\n <li>Maintain relationships with customers and drive product acceptance in the market.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working with talented teams to achieve project goals.</li>\n <li>Engaging in customer and supplier negotiations.</li>\n <li>Developing and executing project strategies.</li>\n <li>Analyzing market trends and driving product strategies.</li>\n <li>Presenting project status and ensuring adherence to best practices.</li>\n <li>Sustaining, managing, and overseeing projects in the production phase of the project life cycle.”</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring to the Table:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage relationships and market products.</li>\n <li>Technical understanding of products and services.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira and other agile tools, and Power BI.</li>\n <li>Experience in developing and executing project strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What Sets You Apart:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lead and motivate teams in a matrix organization.</li>\n <li>Skilled in tracking progress and implementing corrective actions.</li>\n <li>Experience with project financial data and risk management.</li>\n <li>Understanding of various project life cycles, especially SAFe Agile.</li>\n <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Advanced problem-solving skills in complex environments.</li>\n <li>Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-Hybrid</p>\n<h2>Salary Note</h2>This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
