Your expertise will contribute to the overall care of residents, helping them to recover and maintain their health in a compassionate environment. &nbsp;Addition responsible for documenting residents progress and communicating effectively with the healthcare team. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for the patients you serve.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid nursing license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of CT.</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li><li>Proven experience in patient care, particularly in assisted living or similar settings.</li><li>Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Certification in IV therapy or wound care.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.</li><li>Conduct patient assessments and document vital signs and health status.</li><li>Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare team members regarding health conditions and care plans.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The required skills for this role includes strong clinical judgment and the ability to perform nursing tasks with precision and care. &nbsp;You will utilize your communication skills daily to interact with residents and their families, ensuring they are understanding their care plans and feel supported.
