In this role, you will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct initial and annual security training for assigned personnel, annual self-inspections/reviews, and staff assistance visits</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Indoctrinate new personnel and debrief personnel when access approvals are removed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide annual/recurring security training to all briefed unit personnel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Serve as key adviser to unit leadership on PERSEC matters and/or SAP access requirements/qualifications/restrictions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain comprehensive security standard operating procedures (SOPs) outlining the security policies/guidance for conducting classified activities within special access program facilities (SAPF)/sensitive compartmented information (SCI) facilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify, report, and document security incidents in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1-4, the Intelligence Community Directives, and applicable service regulations/instructions for collateral requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide overall SAP security administration and management and performing duties outlined in the DoDM 5205-series regulations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the primary focal point within the USG facility</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Serve as Top Secret Control Officer duties, if appointed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review system security plans and other documents developed pertaining to unit security; administer all SAP Nomination Packages</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You must meet the minimum requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Active Top Secret/SCI clearance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelors degree or eight (8) years of related military or government experience in a military organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of experience providing special access and industrial security administration and management for the U.S. DoD or U.S. Intelligence Community</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge and demonstrated application of the DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1-4, NISPOM, ICDs, associated Executive Orders, and Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficient with DISS/NBIS, NISS, SWFT, eQIP/eAPP</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of OPSEC procedures and application of OPSEC to Sensitive Government information (FOUO, CUI)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrated relevant experience utilizing and applying DoD, AF and MAJCOM directives, concepts, procedures, guidance, and policy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
