font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in buildings using woodworking machines, carpenter's hand tools, and power tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace using hand tools. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware, using a carpenter's hand and power tools. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Finish surfaces of woodwork or wallboard in houses and buildings using paint, hand tools, and paneling. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Inspect ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Work with and/or remove hazardous material. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Building demolition </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Construct forms and chutes for pouring concrete. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Cover subfloors with building paper to keep out moisture and lay hardwood, parquet, and wood-strip-block floors by nailing floors to subfloor or cementing them to mastic or asphalt base. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Fill cracks and other defects in plaster or plasterboard and sand patch, using patching plaster, trowel, and sanding tool. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Perform minor plumbing, welding and/or concrete mixing work. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Ability to lift 75 pounds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
