Hauraki Primary Health Organisation/Te Puna Hauora Matua o Hauraki is seeking a compassionate and community-focused Kaiāwhina to support the delivery of the <em>Immunising Our Tamariki</em> programme.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>The Kaiawhina will work alongside the Registered Nurse – Immunisation, you’ll help deliver whānau-centred services that contribute to the national health target: 95% of tamariki fully immunised by 24 months of age.
