The recommendation should include a path to meet requirements supporting capabilities and security.</p><p>The contractor shall provide budget estimates based on the MARS cloud roadmap. Monitor and identify cloud service anomalies. Evaluate cloud systems and provide feedback on &nbsp;performance and/or cost options.</p><p>The&nbsp;contractor&nbsp;shall&nbsp;evaluate&nbsp;and&nbsp;recommend&nbsp;strategy&nbsp;and&nbsp;tools&nbsp;to&nbsp;improve MARS&nbsp;CI/CD&nbsp;pipeline&nbsp;to&nbsp;automated,&nbsp;speed,&nbsp;aud&middot;&nbsp;secure&nbsp;MARS&nbsp;system&nbsp;across-&nbsp;the different&nbsp;environments&nbsp;including:&nbsp;on-prem,&nbsp;hybrid,&nbsp;and&nbsp;edge.</p><p>The&nbsp;contractor&nbsp;shall&nbsp;support&nbsp;MARS&nbsp;edge&nbsp;and&nbsp;cross&nbsp;domain&nbsp;solution&nbsp;development. The&nbsp;contractor&nbsp;shall&nbsp;manage&nbsp;and&nbsp;oversee&nbsp;non-routine&nbsp;and&nbsp;complex&nbsp;projects&nbsp;with agile&nbsp;development&nbsp;teams&nbsp;as&nbsp;assigned.</p><h5>The contractor shall provide strategy and recommendations of available cloud providers and service for adoption in the MARS environment. Stay abreast of providers&nbsp;and&nbsp;services&nbsp;(current&nbsp;and&nbsp;roadmap)&nbsp;in the&nbsp;MARS&nbsp;environment.&nbsp;Advocate for services that MARS can leverage to improve security, performance,&nbsp;and&nbsp;availability.</h5><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Experience Required:</strong> &nbsp;</p><p>Ten (10) years minimum experience with the Department of Defense.
