You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee all beverage operations on the casino floor and in restaurants, ensuring compliance with Food and Beverage Manager standards and company regulations.</li>\n <li>Monitor and ensure accuracy and compliance with administrative duties of supervisory staff and departmental policies.</li>\n <li>Recruit, interview, and recommend hires for all beverage positions, including Beverage Servers, Bartenders, and Bar Backs; coach and discipline team members as needed.</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to beverage portion control policies and manage inventory, including jigger pours and carafes.</li>\n <li>Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of the beverage operation and achieve departmental revenue and expense budget goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License; previous casino beverage experience is recommended.</li>\n <li>2-5 years of Food and/or Beverage Management experience or a relevant degree in hospitality reccomended but not required.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and apply financial reports, problem-solve, manage conflicts, and use mediation skills effectively.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of sales techniques, guest needs, and state-of-the-art sales methods, with a focus on setting and meeting sales goals.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a high-volume, dynamic environment; possess excellent guest service and communication skills; and handle physical requirements including standing for long periods and lifting up to 45 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enhanced health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a flexible spending account.</li>\n <li>Education, tuition, and certification reimbursement (up to $6,000 per calendar year).</li>\n <li>Growth opportunities available across four different restaurants.</li>\n <li>Access the team dining hall with one free hot meal per shift.</li>\n <li>Company-matched 401k.</li>\n <li>Paid time off and six observed holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Save your gas and mileage on your car!
