Serve as the primary liaison between the training systems test team and other engineering disciplines, program management, and external stakeholders. Support test plan working groups, technical reviews, and safety reviews with internal and external customers. Coordinate test events with engineering labs and flight ops facilities. Support engineering staff to identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and aid in developing solutions to test and integration issues found during all phases of test utilizing standard engineering and scientific principles. Forecast and communicate staffing needs and priorities with the SD&T leadership team. Provide test program status to relevant internal and external stakeholders including technical, schedule, and cost/labor hour updates as needed. Perform annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members regarding their technical work and professional growth. Participate in the recruitment and interview process for new engineering staff positions. Coordinate with other supervisors to share resources and align on cross-functional initiatives. Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
