They thrive in a team based environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work is completed. Guest Service Reps promote the Saratoga Club rewards program and all of its benefits. They attend jackpots and assist with the operation of promotions, giveaways, games and more.
