The role requires a technical expert and strong operator who can manage complex systems, drive continuous improvement, and build long-term client success. \n<p>Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Joining us at one of our campus sites enables you to positively influence college students' well-being and create a healthy learning environment.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead daily facilities operations across custodial, grounds, skilled trades, and building systems for a 47-building campus </li>\n <li>Serve as the primary liaison to senior university leadership, providing strategic guidance and operational insight </li>\n <li>Manage and optimize a ~$5M operating budget, ensuring financial performance and cost efficiency </li>\n <li>Oversee Building Automation Systems (Johnson Controls), CMMS, and energy management programs </li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, sustainability, and system performance </li>\n <li>Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
