    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Exhaust Operator</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Location: Williamsport, PA</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Under minimal supervision, and in accordance with written and oral instructions, performs operations required to; prepare and chemically clean/plate components, load and operate furnaces in order to perform brazing operations, load and operate exhaust stations to evacuate (vacuum exhaust) tubes. Standard procedures are established and work is semi-routine in nature </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and install tubes for exhaust cycle.</li>\n <li>Monitor/control temperature and pressure to meet specifications of various tubes.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot potential vacuum leaks on tubes and/or exhaust stations.</li>\n <li>Record / maintain data sheets as required by procedure.</li>\n <li>Maintain work area in clean / orderly manner.</li>\n <li>Maintain barcode accuracy at 100%</li>\n <li>Initiate clear pass down instructions for next shift.</li>\n <li>Grit / Bead blast exhausted tubes and components as specified.</li>\n <li>Inspect/PM equipment as specified. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates in Electronics or equivalent preferred but not required</li>\n <li>Able to perform mathematical calculations.</li>\n <li>Good mechanical aptitude and dexterity.</li>\n <li>Good organizational skills, and able to give and follow oral and written instructions.</li>\n <li>Trainable on programmable DCP’s.</li>\n <li>Able to read mechanical drawings / blueprints.</li>\n <li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear personal protective equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Stellant Systems is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
