Current Health &amp; Life Insurance license, previous Medicare sales experience, and a positive, motivated attitude are required to be considered for this position.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Primary responsibilities of the Medicare Insurance Producer include, but are not limited to;</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Working with clients and insurance carriers to evaluate the best options for the client on a case-by-case basis;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during the policy writing and renewal processes;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Prepare and present policy/coverage options and information to clients;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Ensure client records are maintained within client management database; and</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Address day-to-day client matters in a timely manner, including questions and issues surrounding claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Ideal candidate will possess the following:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Active Oregon resident Health &amp; Life license;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Previous experience with Medicare sales and insurance;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Familiarity with Medicare &amp; Health carriers and coverages;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Ability to work independently and complete quotes and service work in a timely manner;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Produce high quality, professional informational materials for clients, as needed; and</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Ability to clearly explain the details and implications of coverages to clients</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14px\">Insurance Lounge has four locations across Oregon: Medford, Grants Pass, Eugene, Beaverton and one in Nevada: Henderson.
