We offer solutions to tomorrow&rsquo;s challenges.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In this role, you will serve as a &ldquo;thought partner&rdquo; and provide finance support for our Product Management VP who drives various price/strategic initiatives and performance metrics and who scales our products to support our growth plans and M&amp;A activities.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with Product Management team to improve all aspects of the function (optimize price/volume/mix analysis, support business cases, develop portfolio analysis, link product road maps to R&amp;D development tracks, assess safety stock requests, etc.)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and track costs and benefits for a wide range of initiatives, including assumptions-based project plans</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with other Finance team members in monthly forecast cycles and work with functional leaders to identify planning assumptions for key business drivers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with various teams (e.g. R&amp;D, IT, and Accounting) to improve data quality and speed to reporting and ensure performance is accurately reported</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive continuous improvement of the Product Management team processes, deliverables, and timeline, including developing, automating, and maintaining regularly used reports and KPI metrics</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and participate in Product Management improvement initiatives and analysis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead preparation of our annual plan and monthly/quarterly reporting analytics in standard cost, mix, and operating expenses</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support Product Management processes, including financial analysis, cost/benefit tracking, and business case development</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate results to senior finance leadership and other department leaders</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BS. / B.A. in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5+ years of related experience in a similar role at an organization with multiple locations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ years of experience with integrated ERP and financial reporting systems</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Fundamental understanding of the components of product cost (standard cost knowledge is highly preferred) and the drivers of related variances</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven results with structured problem solving and continuous improvement, applying Process Excellence/Six Sigma</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with SAP, BPC, PowerBI, QlikView</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced proficiency in modeling with MS Excel (macros, pivots, lookups)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous experience supporting executive leaders</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience at an organization with international locations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to thrive in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Highly analytical and detail oriented</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication skills - ability to translate finance language to business action items&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Physical Demands:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift up to OSHA single person lift requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to travel domestically and internationally</li><li>Must be able to work a standard full-time schedule</li><li>Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, in the Richardson office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\" style='box-sizing: border-box;
