Your primary goal will be to maintain a safe and functional environment for employees and visitors.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tAssist Facilities Maintenance Technicians with inspecting Durango-based buildings, equipment, and appliances to verify proper function and perform regular upkeep\\r\\n\\tAssist Facilities Maintenance Technicians in repairing structural and aesthetic damage and repair, as appropriate, to retain daily operations and ensure employee and guest safety\\r\\n\\tHelp proactively monitor and replace old/damaged appliances and appurtenances related to each property.\\r\\n\\tClean and prepare vacated buildings and offices, when needed, to accommodate new occupants\\r\\n\\tAssist with other special projects related to operations and grounds, such as Event Park duties, as needed\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nEducation, Skill and Work Experience Requirements:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tBasic knowledge of facilities maintenance or related skills.\\r\\n\\tProficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.\\r\\n\\tAbility to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues efficiently.\\r\\n\\tExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\\r\\n\\tPrior experience working in a commercial building-repair/maintenance position, preferred\\r\\n\\tSome knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems preferred\\r\\n\\tAbility &amp; desire to perform physically demanding work within a varying work schedule\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nWork Environment:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tWorking in and around rail yard within industrial shop environment\\r\\n\\tOccasional to frequent work in tight spaces (attic or crawl space), high areas (rooftop or scaffolding), and in varying climate conditions\\r\\n\\tVaried schedule sometimes requiring full-time hours with overtime work, or to be on-call and available after hours, when needed\\r\\n\\tMajority of time spent in and around construction projects or zones\\r\\n\\tAbility to regularly lift up to 50 pounds\\r\\n\\r\\n\",\"employmentType\":\"TEMPORARY\",\"hiringOrganization\":{\"@type\":\"Organization\",\"name\":\"DURANGO & SILVERTON NARROW GAUGE RAILROAD CO\",\"logo\":\"https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/application/style/logo?clientkey=549101748CF8ED51750C290C7A15A2D0\"},\"jobLocation\":{\"@type\":\"Place\",\"address\":{\"streetAddress\":\"479 MAIN AVE.\",\"addressLocality\":\"DURANGO\",\"addressRegion\":\"CO\",\"postalCode\":81301,\"addressCountry\":\"USA\"}},\"validThrough\":\"-0001-11-30\"}",
