Our bar is a seemingly endless library of spirits, hosted by a staff of passionate, hospitable and very talented individuals. The ideal candidate is as comfortable mixing cocktails as they are serving and explaining food and wine. We look for long term, career minded professionals who appreciate working with other like-minded 4 star hospitality individuals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ABOUT YOU:</strong></p><p>• You have a sense of maturity and leadership and you functionally multi-task with speed and grace&nbsp;</p><p>• You have a genuine interest in people and providing exceptional guest experiences is important to you</p><p>• You have an innate ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail</p><p>• You have the ability to assess customer preferences and make drink recommendations based on prior experience</p><p>• You have an excellent memory and establish an instant rapport with customers from all walks of life</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU GET TO DO: </strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Greet guests, create an enjoyable lasting impression; manage guest requests, food orders, enter and deliver orders, accurately calculate tabs, operate the POS system and exchange money</p><p>• Prepare cocktails, pour wine and beer, in a consistent fashion to Shore Lodge specifications</p><p>• Anticipate guests’ needs and provide appropriate service</p><p>• Deliver food and beverage orders accurately and timely</p><p>• Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers</p><p>• Place orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies, maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories&nbsp;</p><p>• Clean and organize the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to streamline processes and maintain a sanitary environment</p><p>• Slice, pit, and prepare fruit garnishes for drinks and prepare and serve snacks, or other food items for customers</p><p>• Recognize potential intoxication, restrict alcohol intake and attempt to curtail inappropriate behavior</p><p>• Know Shore Lodge’s history, McCall and the surrounding area well enough to help familiarize out of town guests with our local offerings</p><p>• Assist other team members as needed</p><p><br></p>",
