If you are comfortable with this, please apply.<br><br><strong>Must have:</strong><ul><li>A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Between 3 - 5 years of project management experience.</li><li>Prior management experience with engineering projects.</li><li>Experience in project management, product development lifecycle, or process management.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite</li><li>Fluent in English.  <strong>Chinese is mandatory.</strong></li><li>Strong interpersonal, leadership, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Proficient in facilitating meetings between various stakeholders</li></ul><strong>Nice to have:</strong><ul><li>Experience managing automation projects that includes (but are not limited to): automated guided vehicles, automated storage and retrieval systems, conveyor systems, warehouse management software, etc.</li></ul><br>You are based in the following locations with full right to work: Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the UK, or Poland. Please note that this role will require travel time across EMEA, comprising approximately between 50 - 70% of the role."
