In this role, you&rsquo;ll assist guests with the selection, fitting, renting, and selling of winter sports equipment &mdash; from skis and snowboards to boots and accessories.</p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate individual who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest service. If you&#39;re ready to combine your love for winter sports with an exciting career, this is the opportunity for you!</p><p><strong><u>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Greet and assist every customer with enthusiasm and a genuine smile.</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.</li><li>Help customers determine the appropriate rental equipment based on skill level, fit, and preferences.</li><li>Perform quality tunes, mounting, adjustments, and repairs in accordance with safety and service standards.</li><li>Adhere strictly to all safety procedures related to tools and equipment usage.</li><li>Accurately complete all work order paperwork and prioritize service jobs efficiently.</li><li>Ensure pricing is correct, including all current promotions and advertised specials.</li><li>Act as a knowledgeable resource, answering questions and offering informed product recommendations.</li><li>Stay familiar with in-store merchandise, including brands, features, and benefits.</li><li>Remain up-to-date with ski and snowboard industry trends to better serve customers.</li><li>Attend product knowledge clinics and camps to continually develop expertise.</li><li>Notify management of any suspicious activity or situations.</li><li>Practice loss prevention, ensuring accurate cash handling and minimizing inventory loss.</li></ul><p><strong><u>REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Experience with skiing and/or snowboarding is required.</li><li>Preferred: Retail and customer service experience.</li><li>Strong selling and customer service abilities.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn point-of-sale systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Note</strong></p><p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) in this position.
