This role serves as a key communication link between Self-Perform leadership, Field Operations, project teams, warehouse personnel, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure efficient daily operations that support project schedule, quality, productivity, and safety goals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, computer literate, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced construction environment, and able to coordinate high-volume staffing and logistical operations across multiple jobsites.
