    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB SUMMARY:</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team in the Iberia Plastics Sector.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our team of Account Managers in the Plastics Market, as well as our customers in Iberia.</p>\n<p>This position requires a keen eye for managing and planning support for the external sales workforce and strong customer management skills, ensuring that the company maintains its commitment to quality without losing competitiveness.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ACCOUNTABILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resolving customer queries and incidents.</li>\n<li>Processing orders/offers/returns.</li>\n<li>Filing documentation.</li>\n<li>Controlling catalog stock.</li>\n<li>Preparing letters for sending to customers.</li>\n<li>Launching orders.</li>\n<li>CRM management and support.</li>\n<li>Environmental responsibility.</li>\n<li>Support Account Managers.</li>\n<li>Coordinate logistics services.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Customers&amp;AAMM to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.</li>\n<li>Ensure that all terms of the contract are clearly defined and protect the interests of the company.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE – REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated experience (1-3 Years) in Sales/Customer Services, ideally within a related industry (e.g., food and beverage, packaging, or manufacturing), showcasing a solid understanding of sales processes.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with packaging materials, packaging suppliers, and packaging processes. This includes understanding packaging trends, regulations, and best practices.</li>\n<li>Strong investigative skills, with the ability to research new customers, trends, and market conditions.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for tracking data, preparing reports, and communicating with teams and experience with Navision ERP.</li>\n<li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive attitude, with the drive to continually improve sales&amp;customer service processes and contribute positively to the team.</li>\n<li>Language skills will be valued: English and French.</li>\n</ul>",
