Indidviduals will perform a series of operations to correctly assemble mechanical and electrical parts with the t<strong>eam.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30 pm  4 day work week</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Excellent benefits package - medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid time off, 401k match and more.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Employ lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination.</li>\n <li>Utilizes manufacturing knowledge to improve process operations and affect positive change.</li>\n <li>Perform assembly tasks following standardized work instructions and procedures while meeting production standard times to ensure continuous work flow.</li>\n <li>Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components accurately and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines during assembly processes.</li>\n <li>Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth assembly operations.</li>\n <li>Communicate openly and proactively to address any challenges or issues that may arise during the assembly process.</li>\n <li>Performs ERP transactions accurately to company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and procedures.</li>\n <li>Ability to meet production standard times.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced continuous workflow production environment while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Website</h2>\n<p>https://www.selux.us/</p>\n<h2>Company Profile</h2>\n<p><strong>Employ­ment</strong>Selux Cor­po­ra­tion has a suc­cess­ful track record of tremen­dous growth and sus­tain­abil­ity as a world-wide man­u­fac­turer of archi­tec­turally designed lumi­naires, nes­tled right here in the Hudson Valley.
