We offer a wide range of products including decorative fashion paints, durable industrial roof repair coatings and, of course, our famous rust-fighting formula that started it all.</p><p>Essential Job Functions:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">As part of the E-Commerce team, enter skus in multiple retailer proprietary systems: set up skus, enter and maintain sku content including product families, marketing copy, marketing bullets, regulatory information, product images, videos and other assets.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Perform routine audits of online sku content</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Develop and maintain a common database for online assortments by retailer including sku availability, pricing &amp; regulatory status</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Assist Project Manager and NAE in development of E-Commerce strategic plan for assigned retailers</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Make recommendations to help drive revenue like SKU additions, enhanced product content, promotions, and drop ship program opportunities</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Maintain and update product inventory file in retailer fulfillment systems</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Update retailer E-Comm systems with order cancellations and revised back-order dates</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Manages Rust-Oleum’s performance for&nbsp;on-time delivery, ASN timing, fill rates, and score carding metrics to ensure Rust-Oleum compliance.</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Performs other special projects as needed</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Provide sales reporting and sales trends / KPI tracking</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Develop and deliver presentations to both internal and external stakeholders</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Strong analytical and proofing skills</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Detail oriented and highly organized</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Desire to work in team-based environment yet can work independently if needed</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Advanced highly proficient Microsoft Excel User</li><li style=\"color: black; line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">Strong Microsoft Office skills</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Salary: $77,000 - $80,000 annual salary and bonus eligible</p><p>From big benefits to small, we take care of our associates!
