Collaborates closely with the paver operator and ground crew through clear communication, even asphalt placement and achieve the target grade and slope, while continuously monitoring the mat for defects and making adjustments as needed.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ensures project quality:</span> Understands project specifications, plans, and best practices. Meticulously inspects and addresses high/low points, valley lines, and cross-slope to ensure proper drainage and a high-quality finished surface.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maximizes efficiency:</span> Maintains proper yield and slope, hitting fills and building grade with asphalt as needed.
