Medicare and Medicaid) regarding fraud, waste and abuse. Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of department or administrative staff.</li>\n <li>Purposefully conducts all aspects of the job in an ethical manner in support of the organization’s commitment to ethical behavior in all areas of personal and professional activity.</li>\n <li>Recognizes and teaches team members the early symptoms of physical and mental illness.</li>\n <li>Performs or coaches staff to perform appropriate interventions and/or referrals in accordance with an identified crisis plan. </li>\n <li>Provides leadership and clinical consultation to team members working directly with consumers.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates a positive cooperative attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to change to meet department goals.</li>\n <li>Performs additional duties as may be assigned to ensure complete service to all customers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>For individuals with an Associate’s degree in a human service-related field, at least 1 year of experience working in a human-service related field.</p>\n<p>For individuals without a degree, at least 2 years of experience working in a human-service related field, must have high school diploma. </p>\n<p>Experience working in Medicaid waiver programs.</p>\n<p>Prior management/leadership experience preferred. Valid Iowa driver's license required. </p>",
