We are looking for qualified and experienced Install Leads to join the Cornerstone family! </p><p lang=\"en-us\">The Residential HVAC Lead Installer will work with heat pumps, straight cool & inverter/communicating Equipment for a premium experience and HVAC system. This includes upgrading and improving ductwork, retrofitting equipment, and performing service/mechanic style work from time to time. </p><p lang=\"en-us\"><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li lang=\"en-us\">Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems to manufacture specifications per code. </li><li lang=\"en-us\">Startup and troubleshooting a variety of residential HVAC systems. </li><li lang=\"en-us\">Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. </li><li lang=\"en-us\">Performs related work as assigned. </li><li lang=\"en-us\">Keep your work truck and trailer clean and stocked. </li><li lang=\"en-us\">On call rotation for weekends. </li></ul><p lang=\"en-us\"><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li lang=\"en-us\">At least three<strong> (3) years Residential HVAC Installation experience as a lead</strong> </li><li lang=\"en-us\">EPA Universal Certification </li><li lang=\"en-us\">Valid Driver's License with no major infractions in the last five (5) years </li><li lang=\"en-us\">Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test </li></ul><p lang=\"en-us\"><strong>Why become part of your team: </strong></p><ul><li lang=\"en-us\">Health, Dental, and vision insurance - employee health portion subsidized by the employer </li><li lang=\"en-us\">PTO - paid time off and Holidays! </li><li lang=\"en-us\">401K plan </li><li lang=\"en-us\">Employer-supplied life insurance policy </li><li lang=\"en-us\">Full stocked warehouse and Company vehicle that you take home every night!
