The ultimate goal is to be able to configure our solution(s) to address those client needs. The Software Implementation Specialist drives projects to completion by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external teams focused on the implementation.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are expanding a world class Professional Services organization that already has a proven track record of working with companies globally. This position is an individual contributor role within our Professional Services Organization and reports to the PS Manager.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Roles and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Professional Services team works with customers from day one ensuring the products and solutions implemented are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of the project and organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate will be someone with a \"consultative\" background interfacing with clients on a daily basis and able to be hands-on technically with our solution(s).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work directly with customers to define requirements and deploy solutions.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deliver business analysis and solutions engineering – work closely with our customer champions to understand in detail the use cases and business processes and define and implement the solutions in Blue.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Able to manage multiple projects concurrently</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Able to act as project manager on behalf of clients, to help them remain within the scope of their projects, maintain timelines and meet deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work as a member of a project team (internal and client). The technical tasks may include importing data, custom reporting, developing document reports, and user acceptance testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure long-term adoption for customers, support organizational change and generate business value in a short timeline</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide remote and at times onsite consulting </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare technical objectives - identify and describe key goals and provide the work processes to achieve these goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the software expert and product specialist, aiming to solve customer business challenges</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Requires solid functional and technical knowledge of enterprise software applications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working with relational databases (i.e. SQL)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working with integration solutions, and software API's</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
