    "description": "<p>Georgia Developmental Service (Academy ABA) is looking for passionate and enthusiastic RBT&#39;s to join our exceptional Academy ABA team.</p>\n\n<p>You must have experience with children with Autism.</p>\n\n<p>BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH Academy ABA:</p>\n\n<p>Academy ABA is a progressive, intensive, therapeutic program serving children with Autism in an inter professional, team based environment. The Academy is seeking passionate and motivated RBTs. We encourage growth and development as a team within the organization.</p>\n\n<p>The position is a full time, hourly position with full benefits. In addition to working in our designated centers employees may have the opportunity to provide in home treatment.</p>\n\n<p>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Proficient with skill and behavior treatments, ABA Program Development, Behavior Reduction Procedures, Skill&nbsp;Acquisition Procedures, and Staff Training and Supervision</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>In-house RBT 40 hour course available</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic interventions with experience delivering these services</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Excellent writing and communication skills; maintain a high level of organization with the ability to multitask</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Basic computer skills and be able to use required software</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Maintain current status regarding required certification</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Work effectively as a team member, demonstrate flexibility and desire to learn new skills and improve professional qualifications.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>A minimum of (1) year of experience working with individuals with a diagnosis of Austism</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>MINIMUM EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Degree in behavior analysis, special education, psychology, social work, speech and language pathology, or related field</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>RBT certification in good standing</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Training available to receive your Registered Behavior Technician certificate</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Additional responsibilities may be assigned and/or are subject to change based on regulations changes and company standards</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Physical Requirements: Must be willing and able to lift and or move up ~50 pounds and go from a sitting to standing position frequently throughout the day,</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Competitive salary and benefits package, positive culture, and a great team based environment.</p>\n",
